At Slater Primary, we understand that every child’s journey is unique, and some may face challenges that can make school life more difficult. Our dedicated pastoral team is here to provide a safe, nurturing space where children feel supported, valued, and ready to learn. By building strong relationships with families, we help create a sense of stability and belonging, ensuring that all children can engage positively with their education. We work closely with parents and carers, offering guidance and support in a way that is understanding and approachable.
Together with our ELSA and CALMs work and through encouragement, consistency, and care, we strive to help every child develop the confidence and resilience they need to thrive, both in school and beyond.
