Curriculum & Teaching (Intent)
Our EYFS curriculum is ambitious and inclusive, designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, our approach is play-based and child-centred, focusing on developing the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. We aim to build strong foundations for lifelong learning through carefully sequenced experiences that promote curiosity and independence.
Achievement (Impact)
Children make strong progress across all seven areas of learning, with a particular emphasis on communication, language, and personal, social, and emotional development. By the end of EYFS, pupils demonstrate confidence, resilience, and readiness for the next stage of education. Our assessment practices ensure that progress is monitored effectively and that every child achieves their potential.
Personal Development & Wellbeing (Implementation)
We create rich learning experiences that foster a love of learning and support children’s wellbeing. Skilled staff work closely with families to provide tailored support, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and included. Daily routines and interactions promote independence, positive behaviour, and emotional security, enabling children to flourish in a supportive environment.
