Slater Primary School EYFS Curriculum
At Slater Primary School, our EYFS curriculum provides a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework principles, our approach is play-based and child-centred, focusing on developing the whole child: socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
We create rich learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Our curriculum is carefully planned to support children's development across the seven key areas of education with a strong emphasis on communication, language, and personal, social, and emotional development. Skilled staff work closely with families to ensure each child receives the support they need to confidently start their educational journey.
